Elite Epoxy Fort Myers is an epoxy flooring contractor serving Fort Myers since 2016, focused on clean, durable floors for garages, shops, warehouses, medical offices, and retail spaces. We install industrial epoxy floor coatings, polyaspartic systems, and urethane topcoats designed for hot tires, salt, chemicals, and abrasion. Projects range from new slab installs to full removals and re-coats, with clear scope, schedule, and a written estimate.
Our crews handle the details that determine longevity, from moisture testing (ASTM F2170), crack chasing and repair, and proper profiling to the right mil thickness and cure window. We specialize in full-flake broadcast floors, metallic epoxy, solid-color epoxies, quartz broadcast systems, cove base, and safety textures using aluminum oxide or silica for slip resistance. Surface prep is done with professional diamond grinding and HEPA dust control, and we use proven primers, body coats, and UV-stable topcoats to match the use case.
Built on Preparation and Craftsmanship means we do not shortcut slab prep, moisture mitigation, or edge work, because adhesion starts below the coating. Every job follows a step-by-step process: mechanical profile, vacuum, repair, prime, build, broadcast or color, scrape and sand, then topcoat at the correct recoat times and temperatures. The result is a floor that looks sharp, cleans easily, and holds up under real foot and vehicle traffic.
